I’ve been a fully-certified Leadership Coach since 2013, helping my clients from all over the world achieve their dream careers. As a first generation college student, I suffered from the network gap. I wasn't lucky enough to have powerful people in my circle who could give me an in to Corporate America. I had to work 2-3 jobs to put myself through college and apply for scholarships and financial aid to maintain. I coach young adults and new grads in effort to close the network gap & digital divide.

My passion is to help underrepresented groups succeed at their career goals. I have a desire to uplift marginalized communities and help them overcome obstacles and challenges many often times face. I provide key insights and resources on navigating Corporate America.
